  • Baby Back Enchiladas

    Unlike anything you'll get at other Mexican restaurants. We take our super tender, fall-off-the-bone-pork rib meat smothered in house honey or spicy BBQ sauce, add cheese and wrap it in fresh tortillas. Cover with another layer of melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, then garnish with sauteed chili corn. Choice of flour or corn tortilla

  • Barry's Fundido

    A difficult dish to describe, but very easy to enjoy. The meat selection of your choice is wrapped in a crisp flour tortilla then smothered with our homemade Fundido sauce – Rich and flavorful with cream cheese, sour cream, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, roasted chilies and peppers and spices. Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo (We recommend no alterations, it's put together just right

  • Milagros Chile Relleno

    Fresh poblano chile, blistered and peeled then stuffed with our homemade queso fundido and rolled in a crispy tempura and cooked to perfection. Then topped with a roasted tomato, adobe chile sauce and melted cheese. These are NOT your typical soggy, canned chiles rolled in egg batter ten hours ago waiting or the microwave. In fact, these ARE regarded my many as the best rellenos in Utah. For an additional charge try adding one of our tender, flavorful meat

    Carrots, onions, zucchini, asparagus and corn cooked fresh to order, cooked to slightly crisp. A nice healthy option not typical for a Mexican joint

  • Grilled Sweet Onion Ball

    A Milagros Specialty! Sweet yellow onion, baked in the oven then injected with honey and spices. Sprinkled with seasoning, then put on the grill to add some "bark" or charbroiled outside layer. An onion lovers delight… even an onion likers delight!

  • Sautéed Chile Corn

    Sweet corn sauteed with red peppers and spices!

  • Borracho Beans

    Pinto beans, chopped onions, bacon, diced tomatoes simmered in spices and a small amount of beer (the alcohol is cooked out). Bold flavorful, great with our beef, but works with our salads
